| David Mayman, MD, completed his undergraduate studies in human kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. His medical degree, residency in orthopaedic surgery, and postgraduate training in orthopaedic trauma were obtained at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. |
